With no Premier League or Championship action over the weekend, football fans were encouraged to go and support their nearest non-league side in the name of ‘Non League Day’. Well, those local to Walton certainly weren’t disappointed with their offering.
Walton Casuals were hosting Guernsey FC when Josh Steel, a midfielder for the visitors, unleashed an absolute belter of a volley after a cross from the left flank. Goal of the weekend? It has to be up there.
