No player likes to concede a goal, particularly a defender or a goalkeeper. Keeping clean sheets is their medicine and should they fail to keep one it tends to ruin their game, win or lose. Orebro’s Eidhur Sigurbjornsson clearly falls into that category.
With Orebro sitting at the bottom of the Swedish top flight after just one point from their opening four games, Sigburbjornsson and his teammates probably aren’t enjoying football too much at the moment.
During their last league encounter with Sundsvall, Orebro’s net was rippling after just three minutes. Clearly angry at conceding, Sigurbjornsson took a running jump and headbutted the crossbar. Orebro went on to lose 3-1. Ouch all round.
