Shakhtar Donetsk’s Donbass Arena was damaged by a nearby shell blast on Monday evening, despite an agreed ceasefire between the Ukraine government and Russian-backed separatists last month. Since the blast, footage showing the moment a woman came within inches of being killed has been released.
The woman was walking towards the stadium’s reception moments before the structure fell. Miraculously, she avoided injury and was able to run away to safety.
