Diego Maradona and Roberto Baggio, along with a whole host of other former stars, took part in a Match for Peace last night in the Italian city of Rome. Despite carrying a bit of extra weight and losing a bit of pace the quality on show was superb.
Maradona and Baggio combined for arguably the best goal of the evening. A beautiful pass by the Argentinean legend was cheekily tucked away by Baggio with a drag back, followed by a calm finish into the back of the net. Nicely done.
