We’ve seen quite a few ridiculous strikes already this season and we’re not even a quarter of the way through this campaign. From Amido Balde’s incredible 35-yard volley, to goalkeeper Mark Oxley scoring from inside his own box, there’s been some absolute corkers. This latest one might just beat the lot though.
Moritz Stoppelkamp scored from just outside his own area to seal Paderborn’s win over Hannover 96 in the Bundesliga on Saturday. Not a bad way to win a game, really.
