In case you’ve been living under a rock for a while, the ice bucket challenge pretty much does exactly what it says on the tin. You fill a bucket with ice and water and chuck it over your head and then nominate a few friends to do the same.
It started in America by the family of Pete Frates, a baseball player who was diagnosed with ALS (or motor neurone disease as it’s known in the UK).
Various celebrities all over the world have been taking part and there’s some real gems online. Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho’s ice bucket challenge is the latest one doing the rounds and his reaction is excellent!
